* Please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a full refund or replacement item.

* Please contact us via E-mail so that we expect your item(s).
How do I package the item(s) I want to return?
* Please package all return item(s) with utmost care in order to ensure that they will be returned to us in a resaleable condition.
* Include a copy of the delivery note that you received with the original item(s).
* Ensure that you write your name and address on the back of the parcel.
Is there anything else that I should know before sending a returned item(s)?
* We suggest that you should always take returned item(s) to the post office and get a proof of posting receipt or ask to send the parcel by recorded delivery.
*Keep your receipt or barcode in a safe place should any delivery issues arise.
How long will it take for my payment to be refunded?
* As soon as we receive the returned item(s) and they are checked for resaleable condition, your payment will be refunded immediately.
