We deliver to the UK & also several countries abroad. The delivery charges vary according to where the order is being delivered & the weight of the items you wish to purchase.
If the weight of your order exceeds a certain amount then the price will rise incrementally. Please add your products to the Shopping Cart to get a total shipping price.
UK Delivery:
* We will send our orders using Royal Mail recorded post.
* We do not offer weekend or bank holiday delivery.
* Although most goods arrive earlier, please allow 14 days for delivery.
* We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

What is the Order Status?
* The current status of your order can be found by logging into your account. This will be updated as we process and despatch your order.
* If you have not received your order within 14 working days of placing an order, please call your local Royal Mail Sorting Depot and ask if they have a parcel for you. If they do not, please contact us.
What Happens if I’m Out When My Order is Delivered?
* We cannot arrange a specific time for delivery.
* Should a delivery be attempted when you are out, the post office will leave a card. You will then need to contact your local depot to re-arrange delivery, or go to the depot to collect the parcel yourself.
*The post office return parcels to us if you have not collected them, or if the address you used is not correct, within approx. one week. Please contact us should you wish to re-order your item(s).
